Brewery Door 

At Bright Brewery we use fresh mountain water, quality ingredients and craft brewing techniques to brew our MountainCrafted™ beers.

From noon 'till evening every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, kick back with award-winning beers at Bright Brewery, on the Great Alpine Road in the heart of Bright. The brewery door is also open daily during Victorian & NSW school and public holidays, Bright festivals, or by appointment. Closed Christmas day and Boxing day.

Overlooking the river, parks and mountains, Bright Brewery's great for a beer and a bite. You can relax with a beer either outside looking over the riverside parkland, or at the bar examining the brewing equipment. Or get comfy on one of the couches by the fire. Kids love the adjacent adventure playground.

Each dish on our simple menu is great with one of our complex beers. Also available are soft drinks and local wine.
